Troop 78 Meeting September 24, 2007 Dick Larsen was presented with an award from the People of the Marianas Island for his service in the US Navy during WW II. The award was presented by Norm Nelson Utah State Commander of the VFW 2007 and Richard Fisher Utah State Commander of the American Legion 2007.
